

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Senior Manager – Commercial Planning to lead integrated commercial campaigns, promotion planning, and omni-channel growth strategy for Makro’s Non-Food business.
This role will drive end-to-end commercial planning across promotion, event activation, CRM collaboration, and communication strategy — connecting trade, marketing, media, and store operations to maximize sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
Ideal candidates should have strong experience in retail commercial planning, trade marketing, FMCG, or modern trade environments, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and fast-paced campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead annual and monthly commercial campaign and communication planning for Makro and MakroPRO.
Drive integrated campaign planning across:
Develop commercial calendar and GTM strategy aligned with sales targets and seasonality.
Coordinate closely with Media, Monetization, Trade, CRM, and Operations teams.
Analyze customer behavior, category trends, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional execution to ensure campaign readiness and operational excellence.
Monitor campaign KPIs including sales uplift, traffic, ROAS, CVR, and basket growth.
Prepare management presentations, business reviews, and executive summaries.
Manage agency collaboration and campaign execution timelines.
