Job Title: Supervisor, GMR

About the Role
We are seeking a Shift Leader – Production to lead shop‑floor operations during assigned shifts and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of hard capsule products. This role is critical in achieving production targets related to quality, delivery, cost, safety, and capacity optimization, while maintaining strict adherence to GMP, EHS, and SOP requirements.
Working at the intersection of people leadership, process excellence, and operational execution, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and act as the first point of escalation to ensure stable and high‑quality production outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing environments with strong exposure to shop‑floor operations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machine operations, and process parameters.
Working knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and quality systems.
Experience with RCA, deviation management, and CAPA implementation.
Strong people leadership with the ability to manage manpower in challenging and high‑pressure situations.
Results‑driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
