

GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Support the strategic development, coordination, and operationalisation of precision medicine and genomics initiatives under KPJ Health System (KPJHS). The role will drive collaboration across hospitals, clinicians, researchers, academic institutions, and industry partners to strengthen KPJHS capabilities in genomics, translational medicine, value-based care, and clinical innovation aligned with the KPJHS convergence agenda and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Coordinate and support the development of KPJHS Precision Medicine and Genomics initiatives across the Group.
Facilitate collaboration with clinicians, hospitals, research institutions, academic partners, and external stakeholders.
Support the identification, planning, and implementation of genomics and precision medicine use cases within targeted clinical programmes and CoEs.
Monitor and track project progress, implementation timelines, KPIs, and strategic deliverables.
Assist in the development of governance frameworks, operational workflows, and reporting mechanisms related to precision medicine initiatives.
Support research collaboration, capability development, grant opportunities, publications, and innovation-related activities.
Prepare strategic papers, proposals, presentations, and reports for Management and Board-level discussions.
Conduct benchmarking, market scanning, and trend analysis related to precision medicine, genomics, AI, and healthcare innovation.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Genetics, Genomics, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Precision Medicine, Genomics, Healthcare Management, Clinical Research, or Business Administration) would be an added advantage.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant working experience in healthcare strategy, clinical programme development, research coordination, genomics/precision medicine initiatives, or healthcare innovation.
Strong stakeholder engagement, project coordination, analytical, and presentation skills.
Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and translate strategic initiatives into operational plans.
