KORRES is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Production Supervisor – Homeopathic Products & Process Engineer to join the Homeopathic Department.
Key Responsibilities
Production planning, inventory monitoring, and coordination of manufacturing activities to ensure operational efficiency and product availability.
Management of production orders, raw material consumption, labor hours, and production documentation.
Supply and stock monitoring of raw materials and production consumables, including supplier evaluation and qualification.
Ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, ISO standards, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
Oversight of production and warehousing operations in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Approval and implementation of SOPs and review of production documentation prior to batch release.
Coordination of equipment maintenance, qualification, validation, and operational readiness of new machinery.
Monitoring production KPIs, manufacturing data analysis, and operational reporting.
Implementation of process optimization and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity and operational performance.
Ensuring compliance with environmental policies, ISO 14001 standards, and environmental management procedures.
Coordination and continuous training of production personnel to support compliance and operational excellence.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, compliance, and operational processes.
