HR Data Officer

Your role & work environment

You support the management, analysis and reporting of HR data to provide People & Organisation stakeholders with reliable insights, mandatory reporting and data‑driven input for decision‑making.

You work within the HR People Services team, in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and Group counterparts to ensure data quality, consistency and continuous improvement of HR data processes.

Your key responsibilities

HR data management & quality

Manage day‑to‑day HR data activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency across HR systems
Monitor and perform data checks, reconciliations and corrections
Contribute to data quality controls, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

HR reporting & dashboards

Produce and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs and reports (e.g. FTEs, workforce movements, absences, attrition)
Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reports for internal, Group, Finance and governance purposes
Ensure consistency of definitions, metrics and data sources across reporting

HR tools & process improvement

Contribute to HR system enhancements, testing activities and data validation
Review and improve HR reporting templates and processes, proposing simplifications and standardisation
Support the development of self‑service HR reporting solutions
