

InDrive is looking for a System Analyst to optimize support processes and automation. You will gather requirements, design workflows and SLAs, collaborate with engineers and product teams, and ensure measurable impact through data-driven improvements
Analyse and improve support processes (driver verification, 1st line, incident management)
Collect and document requirements, translate them into system specs and user stories
Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules
Work with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver effective solutions
Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact
3 years as Business/System Analyst or similar
Experience with support or incident management systems
Strong process mapping, requirement analysis, and documentation skills
Good technical understanding of integrations (APIs, workflows)
Strong communication and stakeholder management
