InDrive Money is seeking Senior Product Manager to take charge of the Acquisition, Origination and Growth in our loan product for drivers. In this role you will own customers journey during loan application process as well as key value propositions. You will collaborate closely with CRM, GTM and Credit Risk teams to maximize end-2-end conversions via experiments and risk policy adjustments.
InDrive Money is a lending vertical aiming to fund under-banked audiences across inDrive network. Currently operating in six countries and issuing tens of thousands loans monthly and growing. We are using Platform's and alternative data for underwriting as well as transaction-based collection.
Key metrics
Experience in product management for at least 3 years, preferable in banks or fintechs
Experience in lending products for individuals or SMEs
Experience in working with marketing engines
Proven record of launching features and products that led to conversion growth
Knowledge of SQL
Technical (computer science, physics and mathematics, finance) educational background would be an advantage
Knowledge of Python would be an advantage
Experience in LATAM market, origination or growth would be an advantage
Experience in working with credit risk teams would be an advantage
