About the role
We're looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to technically coordinate purchasing activities across the organization and contribute to building a mature, transparent, and efficient procurement function. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, drive sourcing and contracting processes, and help shape category strategy — with a particular focus on Consulting & People Services.
Technically coordinate purchasing activities within the organization and its subsidiaries, in line with the company's procurement and contract strategy.
Gather market knowledge, propose advanced action plans, and capture market opportunities for the assigned categories (with a focus on Consulting & People Services).
Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for the assigned category, including tenders, benchmarking, and supplier search based on category and location upon request from stakeholders or the Procurement Manager.
Implement and control contract and price negotiations to support the company's profitability.
Coordinate and review Purchase Requests, perform additional KYC checks, and approve and release POs.
Ensure alignment of initiators with procurement policies and procedures throughout tender and benchmarking processes.
Coordinate contract approvals with responsible departments (Treasury, Legal, IP, Data Protection, Accounting, technical and other specialists), facilitate meetings, and provide consultation to contract initiators.
Provide weekly reporting on the status of contract approvals and overall procurement activity.
Organize the signing of contracts, including via EDI, in line with the company's signing policy.
Maintain and develop the contract register: analyze, systematize, and extract statistical data; track contract durations and proactively notify initiators of upcoming prolongations or terminations.
Manage and control Vendor Master Data in the ERP system to enable payments; maintain the supplier database by category.
Provide consultation and manage S2C / P2P processes in the ERP and CLM systems.
Participate in negotiations with suppliers during tender processes led by initiators / stakeholders.
Develop and update instructions on Vendor Master Data management.
3–4+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist / Senior Procurement Specialist / Buyer.
Solid understanding of procurement and contract management end-to-end: sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracting, and supplier management.
Hands-on experience with categories such as Consulting & People Services is a strong advantage.
Practical experience with ERP and CLM systems (S2C / P2P processes) and Vendor Master Data management.
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable coordinating cross-functional approvals with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Data Protection, and business teams.
Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple parallel sourcing activities and reporting cycles.
Fluent English and additional languages are a plus.
