What You’ll Accomplish with Us
As a Solutions Architect, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Translating requirements into end-to-end solutions and ensuring delivery aligns with architectural design (across architecture, technology, and organizational dimensions)
Leading solution reviews and architectural decision-making in alignment with enterprise standards
Ensuring seamless integration of solutions into existing ecosystems and proposing pragmatic approaches to challenges
Ensuring solution quality and integrity from design through delivery, including validation of requirements
Providing multidisciplinary leadership across delivery teams and internal and external stakeholders
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
Is recognized for strong leadership and the ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams
Stands out for strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and adaptability in complex, fast-evolving environments
Is known for negotiation skills and effective management of priorities and challenges
Has a minimum of 12 years of experience in information technology, including at least 7 years in solution architecture
Has strong knowledge of modern technologies: cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), integration (APIs, event-driven), DevOps, and security
Holds a relevant university degree in computer science or a related field
Demonstrates a strong interest in innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence
