Career Stream – Responsibilities
Contribute to and support the implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through the promotion and sale of technical and/or non‑technical products, services, and solutions to existing and prospective customers.
Review, monitor, and refine lead‑generation plans to maintain a healthy and sustainable sales opportunity pipeline.
Analyze Sales / Direct Sales policies and support deployment plans to help achieve product and brand sales volume and profitability targets.
Plan, prioritize, and align activities across teams to support sales objectives.
Coordinate key Sales / Direct Sales activities and communicate new product or service introductions and pricing updates to customers.
Build, develop, and sustain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners.

Ensures that policies, practices, and procedures are clearly understood and consistently applied by team members, customers, and stakeholders.
May oversee specific budget components (e.g., overtime management, expense monitoring), though does not typically hold full budget ownership.

Understands and considers the needs, priorities, and concerns of customers and key stakeholders, and provides appropriate guidance.
