As a result, Fulton Hogan is looking for an Administrator/Accounts Officer based in Kyneton, to provide essential accounting and administrative support to our VRMC team. This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery by ensuring accurate financial processing, effective office coordination, and high-quality administrative support across the team. You will assist with monthly reporting, preparation of job reports and analysis, and provide day‑to‑day administrative support in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and office support under minimal supervision.
Answer incoming calls and manage internal communication requirements
Maintain manual and electronic filing systems
Coordinate office supplies, travel, and accommodation bookings
Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Process invoices in JDE, including vendor setup, invoice processing and purchase order management.
Support job costing activities for Fulton Hogan plant and equipment.
Manage corporate credit card administration.
Assist with monthly reporting, job reports and basic financial analysis.
Provide JDE system support and assist with ongoing user training.
Deliver general administrative and systems support to the team as required.
About You
You will hold a Certificate III in Business Administration or have 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within civil, construction or government environments. You will also bring:
