The Business Analyst will provide support to the Commercial Operations Manager in improving the Care Enablement’s market position and achieving financial growth by providing sound and thorough research and analyses of financial, market, and operational data to determine the economic viability of products and account partnerships and presenting the results of such feasibility studies in a prescribed manner.
Monitoring of contracted account’s adherence with contract terms for compliance and profitability of our PPT accounts plus GP analysis for Care Enablement transactions and ensure compliance with SOP, Pricing, Discounts, Rebates and Other Price Reductions
Financial Modelling Process / Gross Profit Analysis.
In particular, the Business Analyst is expected to:
You will be crafting of commercial terms via financial modelling/feasibility studies to be endorsed to legal team for proper rendition of legal opinion.
You will prepare amendments or addendum on commercial terms for Commercial Operations Manager and Head of Sales approval for existing contracts.
You will monitor contracted account's adherence with contract terms (e.g. treatment numbers, utilization rate etc.) for compliance and profitability.
You will prepare and maintain all project documentation such as proposals; contracts; financial models; GP analysis; presentation files; and other relevant materials
You will prepare the financial models and presentation files for IC approval, based on sound and accurate data obtained thorough research and analysis
You will assist the Business Project Manager in developing proposals that address the client's needs, concerns and objectives aligned to FME Ethical Code of Conduct
You will be uploading and monitoring contracts of duration through JIRA system and provide necessary trigger to sales operations to ensure business continuity with accounts/partners.
You will perform contract routing and CERF (Capital Expenditure Requisition Form).
Additional request/support to be assigned from time to time depending on the business needs.
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:
Candidate should possess ability to work well with numbers and pays attention to details.
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of successful working experience from a multinational company, preferably from the healthcare or medical devices industry.
Candidate should have a track record in coming up with sound financial models through research and analysis, valuation, scenario analysis, drafting proposals, preparing presentations to obtain management approval, due diligence support, and legal documentation support
