About the role
Assist the Duty engineer and the Chief Engineer in managing the daily operation of the water supply and drainage system, kitchen and laundry equipment within the hotel area. Work in an efficient and cost-effective manner to maintain and repair the kitchen and laundry equipment, following safety operation procedures and inspection systems, and keep records of various equipment maintenance and upkeep. Always ensure that the system operates efficiently and normally.
What you will do
Carry out duty engineer direction and order. Implement JD responsibilities and rules and regulations to make sure all the water supply and drainage system and the kitchen and laundry equipment are operation normally.
Work out and implement Preventive and Maintenance Program for the water supply and drainage system and the kitchen and laundry equipment. Make sure all programs are operating productively.
Be responsible for the procurement plan of spare parts and components for the equipment and systems under jurisdiction. Communicate fully with the chief engineer and Duty engineer to ensure that the spare parts arrive as planned.
Participate in the weekly routine inspection organized by the Chief Engineer and rectify any problems found immediately.
Take part in regular meeting every day and make summary ending about the job plan.

制定并负责实施管辖范围内设备及系统的维保计划，保证计划按质按量完成。
对所管辖设备及系统备品备件采购计划负责。与总工程师和值班工程师充分沟通，保证备品按计划到货。
参与由总工程师组织的每周例检工作，发现问题立即整改；
参加工程例会并在例会上做总结及工作计划；
What you bring
Make sure to do PRP once a year according to Four Seasons standard, both Guestrooms and Public Area.
Match up with duty engineering about daily work , and update the orders
Offer swift re-action to glitch and report to Duty engineer and chief engineer. All records should be well kept。
Work out and perfect kitchen and laundry equipment Ledger.
