Your team:
The team is responsible for commercial development/partnerships and the growth of the Online Casino product within Flutter SEA region for the Sisal, Snai and PokerStars brands. It reports to the Associate Manager Casino Product within Product Function, who leads the casino product strategy across multiple brands and markets.
Your role:
Support the commercial development and partnerships strategy for the Online Casino product across multiple brands and markets in the Flutter SEA region
Support on strategic relationships with external providers, contributing to commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership performance evaluations
Contribute to the development of business cases and commercial analyses to support new initiatives, product innovation, and growth opportunities
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision making
Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management
Monitor the performance of launched initiatives and contribute to evaluating outcomes against strategic and commercial objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver and monitor projects, initiatives, and governance activities across multiple markets
Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls, and quality standards
Contribute to identifying new commercial opportunities, product enhancements, and strategic initiatives to strengthen brand value
What you’ll bring:
Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally within complex or international environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations
Structured problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
Ability to work proactively and autonomously while aligning with team guidance and priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Curiosity and a proactive attitude toward understanding how the business works and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
