

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Management
Develop and execute strategic plans for the park's long-term growth and competitiveness.
Works regularly with Business Development to identify new opportunities for business development, including attracting new investments and fostering a collaborative ecosystem among locators.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging advanced analytics and data to inform decision-making.
Sustainable and Smart Park Operations
Oversee the implementation of smart industrial park solutions, including real-time monitoring of energy and water consumption, waste management, and security.
Ensure the park operates with a focus on sustainability, promoting energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and the use of renewable energy sources like solar power.
Drive the adoption of digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and provide more convenient services for locators.
Infrastructure and Project Management
Work closely with Construction Management on the planning, design, and development of park infrastructure, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of all utilities, including water and wastewater systems, by leveraging smart technologies and platforms for proactive management.
Risk Management & Compliance
Develop and implement risk management strategies to address operational and natural risks, including emergency response planning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Advise the President and other senior leaders on policy recommendations related to the park's management and development.
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
At least 10 years of executive-level experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Extensive experience in operations, project management, and business development within a similar industry.
Proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and managing complex budgets.
Proven exposure to construction and project management.
