Position Overview:

As a Senior QA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead the quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced Agile environment, utilizing generative AI tools to enhance the testing process. Your expertise will guide our development teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ expectations.

Develop and execute automated test cases across all layers of the testing pyramid using advanced QA tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define technical solutions.
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing practices.
Mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Establish and implement quality processes that empower developers to deliver high-quality work autonomously.
Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancements.
Act as a central reference for QA practices, guiding system-level decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
