The Role
Capco is looking for a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in Banking & Payments to lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). This role will partner with senior stakeholders to define operating models, deliver product roadmaps, and drive enterprise-wide program execution across complex banking environments.
You’ll work closely with product, technology, and business teams to assess capabilities, align strategic priorities, and deliver scalable customer identity solutions that support digital transformation objectives.
What You’ll Do
Lead the delivery of enterprise-scale CIAM programs within banking and payments environments
Define and execute product roadmaps and target operating models aligned to strategic business objectives
Conduct capability assessments and identify opportunities to improve customer identity and access management maturity
Manage cross-functional program delivery across business, product, and technology stakeholders
Provide strategic consulting support to clients navigating large-scale transformation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
10-12+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or transformation delivery roles
Proven experience delivering CIAM-related programs, products, or transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and payments ecosystems
Experience developing product strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across complex organizations
Bonus Points For
Experience working within large financial institutions or Tier 1 banks
Familiarity with identity platforms, authentication frameworks, or digital security programs
Experience managing enterprise transformation programs in agile or hybrid delivery environments
Consulting experience within financial services or banking transformation engagements
Exposure to regulatory, risk, or compliance considerations within banking
