Associate Platform Owner (CMS)
This secondment is ideal for someone with experience across:
CMS, Source, Widesales
Jira Service Management / Confluence
Cisco WebEx Contact Centre (WxCC) and Calabrio (desirable)

This secondment suits someone with experience in:
Cisco WebEx Contact Centre (WxCC)
Calabrio
CMS, Source, Widesales and Jira/Confluence (desirable)
Here’s what we’d love you to bring to the role:
Familiarity with telco!
Previous experience in Systems/Business Analysis (a bonus, not a deal‑breaker)
Experience in process/systems improvement
Knowledge of best practice change management principles
Awareness and understanding of hardware, networks, software technologies and applications
How will you support our “Why?”
Translate business goals into clear, actionable systems and platform requirements leading to exceptional customer experiences
Provide informed advice on enterprise systems and platforms to help guide decision‑making across the business
Work closely with Platform Owners to manage project scope making balanced decisions on time, timeframes, cost and security
Collaborate with Platform Owners to prioritise and mature feature requests/defects, estimates, timeframes and costs, aligning decisions with business goals, policies, architecture constraints and team capacity
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, vendors, internal teams and partners, to support smooth delivery and shared goals
Ensure solutions deliver on business goals and meet user needs, supporting successful outcomes across Aussie
