Who You Are
How You’ll Make an Impact
Reporting to the Supervisor, Recruitment, you’ll be responsible for seeing recruitment activities through from beginning to end and working with the hiring manager to successfully attract quality applicants by:
Source for top talent using database searching, job postings/searching, social media and industry networking for a variety of niche positions.
Proactively create and maintain a current and up-to-date candidate pipeline.
Promote AMA, highlighting the many perks of working here, including being able to speak to AMA’s total rewards.
Liaise with the Supervisor, Recruitment to support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs.
Staying current on new and innovative recruitment methods and technology.
Lead recruitment initiatives from research to implementation.
Review interview guides to ensure the questions fit with AMA’s culture.
Be a specialist and reference point for our Applicant Tracking System.
Help create and build recruitment tools for AMA Hiring Managers, ensuring consistency in the recruitment process.
