OVERVIEW:
Alberta Blue Cross® has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, results-driven Flex Services Coordinator to join our administration team. Reporting to the Team Manager of Flex Services, the ideal candidate must possess an optimum level of benefit enrolment system expertise and responsiveness to our clients often involving data analysis, investigation, collaborating across teams and departments, facilitating issue resolution, interpreting complex member benefit enrolment data and engaging in project work. The successful candidate must have exemplary interpersonal skills, positive attitude and work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to exceptional client services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide clear concise direction, troubleshooting, support and resolution on inquiries and issues for external and internal clients.
Create and maintain Flex Administration System procedure and process documentation.
Maintain, interpret and take appropriate action on internal and external reporting.
Coordinate and facilitate the transition of new and existing groups to the Flex Administration System.
Active participation in and support of client re-enrolment activities, tasks, meetings and data validation.
Coordinate and facilitate data compare processes with corporate clients to ensure consistent and accurate data is maintained.
Continuously provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify enhancements to existing processes to meet the changing needs of our clients.
Represents Flex Services on special projects and committees.
Analyze current processes and implement solutions to streamline and improve productivity.
Engage in internal and external facing project work.
Gather requirements, conduct analysis and synthesize data.
Occasionally conduct introductory presentations and introduce processes to internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
Business diploma, certificate and/or previous related experience required.
2-3 years in a comparable position or responsibility level.
Strong knowledge of Alberta Blue Cross plans, benefits, contracts, systems and processes considered an asset.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Outstanding communication skills including listening, written and verbal.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Proficient computer skills and experienced with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Previous experience with flexible benefits administration or data analysis considered an asset
Detail-oriented, organized and resourceful.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines, all without jeopardizing quality.
Self-motivated and flexible.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
