About the Role
本岗位参与总公司团险事业部市场团队日常工作，包括策划营销推动方案、运营团险自媒体平台、开发营销员培训课件，组织营销员大型表彰与激励活动等。
岗位职责
岗位要求：
大学本科或以上学历，市场营销、保险或相关专业背景为佳；
具备3年以上市场策划、内容运营、培训开发或活动执行等相关工作经验，有保险/金融行业团险条线经验者优先；
对微信公众号及B端内容运营有实操经验，能独立完成选题策划与内容输出；
较高PPT编写制作能力；
熟练的英语听说读写技能，可日常使用。大学英语六级/雅思6.5分或同等英语水平；
具备良好的项目统筹与跨团队协作能力，能高效推进多线程任务；
形象气质良好，语言表达清晰，有活动主持或现场控场经验者优先；
主观能动性强，具备较强的理解力、沟通能力、以及快速解决问题的能力；
持续学习性，具备好奇心和较强责任心，有承担也有团队合作意识。
