Job Description:
1.Review all FaxIn Workqueues for prescriptions, orders, signature required documents, etc. and print to corresponding clinics. 2.Index all documents in the “Awaiting Info” queue to Referrals document type after appointments have been made. 3.Index documents in specialty clinics and toggle referrals to “STAT” for new appointments to be made. 4.Index all test results to orders, Insurance Authorizations and route to the corresponding clinic, responses to referrals and route to the referral clerks, and provider notes, etc. and route to provider. 5.Scan all documentation in Media Mgr from provider offices, and route to appropriate provider/staff.
